Casa Botania B&B Review

Book a comfortable room with a sweeping view of forest and mountains at this delightful hilltop bed-and-breakfast, owned by a charming young Belgian-Costa Rican couple. Choose from two bungalows and one guest room in the main house, all with queen beds, attractive wood furniture made by a local artisan, and modern bathrooms. The larger, two-story bungalow can accommodate a family, with two single beds downstairs. The guest room has a TV, Wi-Fi access and a private terrace. Enjoy your breakfast on the spacious deck framed by entwined tree branches, and keep your binoculars close at hand. Pepe, a professional bird guide, will help you identify visiting birds, as well as organize birding and hiking excursions. Kathleen, a tour guide who speaks five languages, prepares excellent three-course dinners that combine European and Costa Rican flavors.
