Picture a dream location: a high headland jutting out into the sea with vistas up and down the coast. Throw in a breeze-swept terrace, polished service, and some fine seaside cuisine. This restaurant has had its ups and downs, often relying on its unmatched location, but the newest incarnation, painted in nautical blue and white, is worth a stop. Shrimp and lobster dishes, if pricey, are excellent. Less expensive is the grilled fish filet, cooked perfectly and served with
a medley of fresh, local vegetables and rice. Desserts here are rich—mud pie and a delectable chocolate cake—and substantial enough to share. If you're just passing through Dominical, this is a good place for a cold beer or a naturale, a tall glass of freshly whipped fruit juice. Sunsets here are spectacular. There is some controversy about this restaurant's eco-sensitive location, so call ahead to make sure it's still up and running.
