Pizzeria El Jardín Tortuga

Pizzeria El Jardín Tortuga Review

Pizza is the claim to fame here, and it's served in a casual garden patio and a cool upstairs rancho. The German pizza baker can make only six individual pizzas at a time in his wood-fired clay oven, but it's worth the wait for thin-crust pies heaped with toppings. There's also grilled fish on the menu, along with lobster, paella, and shrimp. For something a little different, try the stuffed peppers or pork in beer sauce. While you wait for your meal, you can enjoy the birds flitting in the garden by day, or in the evening have a drink in the bar, which is popular with locals.
