The German pizza baker can make only six individual pizzas at a time in his wood-fired clay oven, but it's worth the wait for thin-crust pies heaped with toppings. There's also grilled fish on the menu, along with lobster, paella, and shrimp. For something a little different, try the stuffed peppers or pork in beer sauce.
