Piedras Blancas National Park

Piedras Blancas National Park Review

Piedras Blancas National Park has some good birding. The verdant forest is also an important wildlife corridor because it connects to Corcovado National Park. Follow the main road northwest through the American Zone and past the airstrip and a housing project. The place where a dirt road heads into the rain forest is a mecca for bird-watchers. There are no marked trails; the best birding is along the road.
