Fodor's Review

Treat yourself to authentic pizza made from all-natural ingredients at the classiest restaurant in town, or dig into the macaroni sanviteñastyle: with white sauce, ham, and mushrooms. The classics are here as well, and they're all homemade—lasagna, cannelloni, and ravioli—as well as hearty chicken and meat dishes. If you can't decide between pasta or meat, try the plato mixto: a half-portion of lasagna along with a quarter chicken and fries or salad. The authentic vinaigrette is a welcome change from more acidic Tico salad dressings. In true Italian fashion, the friendly, family-run restaurant can be noisy, but it's a happy buzz. For a more romantic dinner, ask for a table on the pretty garden terrace. It's open from 10:30 am until 10 every evening, making it one of the few places in town where you can eat late.
