A favorite with sportfishermen ("You hook 'em, we cook 'em"), the Great Escape is the town's best place for seafood. The menu is dominated by marine entrées, from shrimp scampi to the highly recommended fresh tuna with mushrooms, but you can also get hearty burgers and a handful of Mexican dishes. You won't find any cooked billfish, like marlin or swordfish, owing to its conservation policy, but the back wall is covered with pictures of them (and their proud reelers). Weathered fishing caps hang from the bar's ceiling.

I had some outstanding mahi mahi here. They also have a surprisingly large wine selection and great desserts.
It was a little on the pricey side but overall I had a great meal.
