A Liberia institution, this second-floor restaurant's terrace overlooks Liberia's Parque Central, which makes for great people-watching. Fresh, tangy ceviches or seafood-laden sopas de mariscos (seafood soup) are great light lunches. Save the huge fish fillet, topped with grilled shrimp and smothered in a brandy cream sauce, for when you're really hungry. Service is efficient and pleasant. It's open daily 11 AM to 10 PM.
