The stylish creation of Peruvian artist Andrea Raffo, this hacienda-like hall showcases her art, with squares of stained glass built into the walls. There's also a separate art gallery and an Internet café. Andrea matches her passion for art with a talent for food, featuring such Peruvian specialties as ceviche and causa, cold mashed potatoes studded with shrimp and tuna chunks. Desserts are homemade and delicious. The only drawback is very slow service. Upstairs are six simple B&B rooms ($36 with fan, $48 with a/c) with colorful fabrics, private baths, and a shared terrace.
