Fodor's Review:
In 1945 a farmer in the mountain hamlet of Venado fell in a hole, and thus were discovered the Venado Caverns (Cavernas de Venado). The limestone caves contain eight chambers extending about 1½ mi. Sunset Tours runs trips. If you're nonclaustrophobic, willing to get wet, and don't mind bats—think carefully—this could be the ticket for you.
