Parque Central

Fodor's Review:

Heredia proper is centered around a tree-studded Parque Central, which is surrounded by a few historic buildings. The park has a cast-iron fountain imported from England in 1879 and a simple kiosk where the municipal band plays Sunday-morning and Thursday-night concerts.
