Louisiana Bar & Grill Luz de Papagayo

Fodor's Review:

This second-story restaurant is cool and breezy, but the Cajun cuisine is hot, with the most authentic jambalaya in town and a spicy gumbo loaded with shrimp, crab, and sausage. The fish is fresh, and it's served any way you like it, with a choice of 10 intriguing sauces, including macadamia pesto or orange-chipotle sauce.
