Bilingual biologist-guides take you through a 45-minute tour of the terrariums in the Frog Pond of Monteverde (Ranario de Monteverde), just outside Santa Elena. For the best show, come around dusk and stay well into the evening, when the critters become more active and much more vocal. (Your ticket entitles you to a second visit the same day.)
