Bilingual waiters in crisp black aprons scurry attentively around the three dining rooms serving a wide variety of dishes. Choose from mouthwatering favorites such as corvina and shrimp in a chipotle cream sauce or chicken served with a guava reduction and a side of diced onions, corn, plantains, and bacon. Other standouts include the sweet-and-sour-fig roasted loin, and the chile relleno. There's also an extensive wine and cocktail selection to accompany your meal.

The food is excellent, but a little more adventurous/experimental than some may care for (the smoked gouda quesadilla being an example). Great service and atmosphere, it seems somewhat out of place in this rugged area of CR.
