Giardino Tropicale Hotel Review

In the lush gardens downhill from the popular restaurant, shaded by large trees, you'll find comfortable suites and cabinas, and a sparkling 17-meter (56-foot), salt-filtered swimming pool—the only good lap pool in town. The handsome suites have everything you need to make breakfast: electric kettles, coffeemakers, refrigerators, and sinks. One spacious apartment has two bedrooms, a TV, a Jacuzzi, and a full kitchen with a large porch. The five standard cabinas are smaller and have solar-heated hot water, ceiling fans, coffeemakers, and refrigerators. Use of air-conditioning costs extra in all the rooms. A screened-in, two-story, thatch-roof rancho has its own kitchen. Inexpensive, hearty breakfasts are served by the pool, and the recently upgraded restaurant is one of the best in town. The hotel has earned four leaves in the national sustainability program. There is 24-hour security and guarded parking.

Great hosts, close to the beach (5 min walk), internet, good breakfasts, great pool, guiet and reasonable $ restaurant attached with good food.
