Chefs Emiliano and Luz from Florence will challenge your taste buds with imaginative dishes using authentic Italian ingredients like traditional homemade pastas including beef lasagna, eggplant Parmesan, and osso buco alla Romana. For dessert, Emiliano makes a killer dark-chocolate mousse sprinkled with sea-salt crystals, or try the signature frozen coffee made with local Cafe Tica liqueur. During high season (December–May), there's live music three times a week.
