Café Milagro
Café Milagro Review
The only place in town that serves its own fresh-roasted coffee, Café Milagro is a colorful, cozy choice for breakfast food any time of the day, or to satisfy a chocolate-chip-cookie craving. The North American menu includes bagels, breakfast burritos, baked goods like brownies and muffins, an inventive selection of sandwiches, and a fruit plate with granola. Tables on the front porch overlook the road, but there's also seating in the back garden.

We originally intended to visit Cafe Milagro in Manuel Antonio but our cab driver asked which one we would like to go to: MA or Quepos? We were en route to the Quepos airport so we made the decision to go there, and could not be happier that we did. This is apparently the "Patio" version of Cafe Milagro, opened because they had to dedicate the other facility to more of the coffee production as their popularity increased. It is right next door to the Cafe Milagro shop that sells trinkets and of course, coffee. Get some for your trip home!
The breakfast is to die for. Crepes del Bosque means chocolate, banana and coconut - if you're mouth is not watering, it should be. Ditto the banana and macadamia nut pancakes. Fresh squeezed orange juice is delightful and the coffee is outstanding (try the Cafe Turtle for something sweet). Sit out back in the garden to avoid traffic noise. -

I loved everything about this place. Nice breakfast and great coffee.
They also sell post cards, crafts, t-shirts, hats and other cool stuff.
