The Florblanca resort's alfresco restaurant by the pool has some tables that provide calming sea views through the tropical foliage. Fresh seafood is the specialty here, with inventive daily specials that focus on the day's catch. Asian and Mediterranean influences shine through in dishes ranging from spicy prawn fettuccine, to succulent pork ribs, to seared tuna with sweet Thai rice and braised bok choy. There's always a pizza of the day and a small sushi menu.
