Horizontes de Montezuma Review

Montezuma's only Spanish-language center is perched on a hill 2 km (1 mi) from town, and rents its rooms to students and travelers. The impressive white Caribbean-style house has wooden verandas, French doors, and a black-and-white tile floor. Its elegant stairway leads to three corner rooms with ample balconies and four smaller airy ones. Some rooms have views of the sea, others of the surrounding jungle; all are simple but sufficient, with tasteful decor. A large terrace evokes a Parisian café (though no food or drinks are served) and has a reading area with comfortable wicker chairs. Breakfast is extra but includes homemade bread. The small pool in front is surrounded by a green lawn, potted palms, and gardens. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, cool nighttime temperatures, and a jungle trail through the 6-acre property. The hotel offers numerous web-only packages.
