Freshly caught seafood, organic chicken, sushi, Thai dishes, and a half-dozen pasta dishes are included on the menu at Montezuma's first natural-food restaurant. Named after the dried bananas sold by the owners, the eatery serves mostly vegetarian fare, including some excellent salads. On the terrace, which is a popular people-watching spot, you can enjoy a delicious Mocha Chiller, made with frozen yogurt, or a wide variety of coffee drinks. A battalion of ceiling fans keeps the air moving in the spacious, adobe-style dining room. A free movie is shown nightly at 7:30 in the dining room, which is a popular diversion, but don't expect a romantic dinner during this time. Rooms to rent on the second floor are a comfortable option if the other hotels are full.
