Mountain Biking
The area's green mountains are great for biking, but in the dry season it's very, very hot. The rainy season is slightly cooler, but be prepared to get muddy.
Estrella Tour. An array of bike tours for intermediate and expert riders ranges from a couple of hours to a full day ($45 to $95).
