Accommodations, ranging from spacious rooms by the sea to villas big enough for a large family, are scattered across ample grounds shaded by coconut palms. Bright but bland standard rooms are in a two-story concrete building by the beach; all have balconies or terraces with lovely ocean views through the palms. Villas, complete with kitchens and one to three bedrooms, are set back from the beach; avoid Nos. 5, 6, and 8, which are too close to the road. This is a popular spot with Costa Rican families, thanks to its convenient beach access, several pools, a playground, volleyball, table tennis, and pool table, which means it can be quite busy during the holidays and on weekends. There's a snack bar on the beach and a restaurant near the main entrance.
