If you need a ride to the airport in Dangriga, have your hotel call a taxi. Taxis usually meet arriving flights at the Dangriga and Placencia airstrips, but many hotels in Placencia provide free pick-up services at the airstrip and also provide scheduled van service from the hotel to and from Placencia Village. Taxis are expensive in Placencia.
