The Placencia post office is on the second floor of a wooden building at the south end of the sidewalk. It's usually open 8:30-noon and 1-4 weekdays. The Dangriga post office is near the Bonefish Hotel, at the south end of town. Currently there's no post office in Hopkins.

Many resorts on the Southern Coast now offer Internet access, either wireless or in Internet rooms. In addition, there are several Internet cafés in Placencia Village, and in Dangriga and near Hopkins. In Placencia, the Secret Garden offers free Wi-Fi for customers of the restaurant and coffeehouse. The Purple Space Monkey also offers free Wi-Fi for customers. Elsewhere, you'll pay around BZ$10 an hour for access.
