When to Go

June through September is the peak of the rainy season in Toledo, and when we say rainy we mean it—sometimes up to a foot of precipitation a day. Until you've experienced the roaring thunder, screeching lightning, and torrential rains of a summer storm in Toledo, you've never really seen tropical weather. Unless you love a good thunderstorm, come between December and early May, when most of Toledo gets only about an inch of rain a week.
