Mountain Equestrian Trails Review
If horses are your thing, this is your place. MET, as most people call it, is one of Belize's top equestrian spots. Five-night room and horseback riding packages, with four full days of riding, are BZ$2,660 per person, including tax. Rooms start at BZ$164 including tax. Rustic comfort is the watchword here; you relax by kerosene lamplight, as the thatch cabañas have no electricity. Meals (dinner is BZ$40 plus tax) are served in the cantina.
