Fodor's Review:

If horses are your thing, this is your place. MET, as most people call it, is one of Belize's top equestrian spots. You can do full-day rides (BZ$166 per person) into the Mountain Pine Ridge to waterfalls and river caves, or half-day rides (BZ$122) to Pacbitun Maya site. Five-night room and riding packages are BZ$2,342 per person, plus 19% tax and service. Cons: Expect rustic.

  • Hotel Details: 10 cabañas,
  • In-room: no phone, no TV.
  • In-hotel: laundry service.
  • Credit Cards: MC, V
