Not merely a bustling café-bar, this Cayo institution, established by the legendary Bob Jones though now under new ownership, also acts as an Internet café, bulletin board, information center, trading post, tour center, and meeting place. In addition to the bacon, eggs, and sandwiches, Eva's serves authentic Belizean fare. The food may not always be as good as at some other restaurants in town, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Mugs of wickedly strong black tea are always available, along with copious quantities of Belikin.
