Fodor's Review:

It lacks some of the perks of newer, larger properties, such as a pool or room TVs, but Caribbean Villas, with its 2½ acres of gardens, a bird sanctuary, and quiet beachfront, is a low-key alternative to some of the glitzier developments. Choose from a small studio without air-conditioning (BZ$156 plus tax) to lofted suites for families (BZ$540). All but the studio have a sea view. The dock has a small artificial reef. Minimum stay in-season is four nights. Pros: Haven of quiet in developed area, good value, good beach. Cons: Lacks amenities such as pool, no restaurant.

  • In-room: no phone, kitchen (some), no TV.
  • In-hotel: laundry service, beachfront, Internet terminal, water sports.

We greatly enjoyed staying there. The people were friendly especially Javier. He was a perfect host and we will be back just because of his treatment. They had a barbeque that we cooked our fish from a fishing trip. The only thing we didn't like is the hammocks are small. But that was very typical on every one of the resorts we walked by. The views were also incredible. We would rate this one of the best stays on the island for the money!
