Six posh homes spread across 4 beachfront acres are among the island's most exclusive properties. Each 3,200-square-foot villa has a sunken living room, slate floors, an outdoor garden with hot tub, and unobstructed views of the sea. The villas are privately owned and some are available for rent when the owners aren't in residence. The same developer is building a condominium complex, Indigo, also on North Ambergris.
