If you're tired of fried seafood and beans and rice, the Italian food at Don Corleone, under new management, is an offer you can't refuse. Try the pasta carbonara, cooked al dente as it should be, or the seafood linguine. The snapper, cooked simply in olive oil with capers (BZ$30) is excellent. We have heard some recent grumblings about the service and the pizza here, and we hope any problems get quickly ironed out.
