Capricorn is consistently excellent and one of the more popular upscale restaurants on the island. If there's a weakness, it's that the chefs stay with proven winners, such as filet mignon, stone crab claws, and grilled lobster and rarely opt for innovation. At dinner, the seaside setting is romantic. Although the focus here has always been on the restaurant, there are three cute little cabañas. You can get here by golf cart, cab, or water taxi.
