Fodor's Review:
This friendly, family-run eatery near the northern end of the Orange Walk bypass opened in mid-2005. Your hosts are Albino and Ada Vargas, and it's a great place to stop on a trip between Belize City and Corozal Town. Enjoy local dishes such as cow foot soup, escabeche, and, of course, rice and beans.
