$$-$$$, Vegetarian, Eclectic, Caye Caulker
Fodor's Review:
It's a bit of a hike to this little restaurant at the island's south end, but it's worth the effort. At breakfast, enjoy wholesome breads, fresh-made granola, omelets, and whole wheat pancakes, all in a lovely garden setting (the owners also operate a nursery). At dinner there's pizza, pasta, and fish. While you're here, browse the small gallery and gift shop with Belizean-made crafts. As you're leaving, keep an eye out for the "tree cat," the Dutch owners' cat that sleeps sprawled over a limb, with legs dangling.
