Fodor's Review:
A somewhat difficult 40 km (25 mi) from the highway, the tiny town of Aquiles Serdán lies between the ocean and a river-fed lagoon. Boats hired here give access to miles of solitary, sandy beaches where primitive camping is permitted -- providing you bring all of your own supplies and clean up after yourself. To get to Aquiles Serdán, bear right at the fork just past the village of Los Conejos.
