Silky sheets and cozy down comforters, multiple ceiling fans, and large flat-screen TVs are a few of the creature comforts that set Velas apart from the rest. Each large living area has two comfortably wide built-in couches in colorful prints and a round dining table. Huichol cross-stitch and modern Mexican art decorate the walls. Studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites have the same amenities except that the studios don't have balconies with a view of the pool and the beach. Tall palms, pink bougainvillea, and wild ginger with brilliant red plumes surround the three enormous pools.

This place is the best place that I have ever stayed in - in all my trips to Puerto Vallarta...so I bought a timeshare there. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful! The rooms are nice and service is outstanding. The food is great too! If you are looking for a great all-inclusive resort - look no further, this is the place for you!RATING: 5.0
