Fodor's Review:
One- and two-bedroom apartments in this spiffy property are truly homey. Each has a different floor plan -- some have tiny kitchen-dining areas; others are spacious -- but all have ceiling fans and dark-wood beams that contrast with white ceilings and walls. Use the hotel's computers to check your e-mail, or curl up with a book or watch a video in the library. Coffee and pastries are served each morning on the garden patio, where guests (many of them return visitors) sit and chat. The location, a few blocks from Los Arcos and the malecón, is a real plus. With some exceptions, high-season bookings are by the week. Expect some homely but sweet rescued dogs to be wandering about.
