$$$-$$$$, French, The Corridor
Fodor's Review:
Master chef of France Jacques Chretien at the helm of his own open kitchen and views of the Sea of Cortez and El Arco -- it doesn't get more fabulous than this. You might find yourself as delightedly confounded as we were deciding what to watch. Earth tones and low-slung wicker chairs offset the white table-clothed tables, lending a cozy vibe to the sophisticated spot. Though the menu changes every three months, look for braised red snapper with provencal gratin potatoes and zucchini in a basil reduction. Finish with melted chocolate cake with pear puree or strawberries Napoleon.
