Fodor's Review:
Home to the surfing crowd and those who don't mind a bit of sand in their burgers, this casual palapa-roof restaurant is on Costa Azul beach just south of San José. Casual doesn't begin to describe the crowd, which can get downright raunchy. It's fine for young kids in the daytime; they'll enjoy running from the dining table to the sand. Sporting events sometimes blare on the TV.
