Fodor's Review:
A few sidewalk tables sit outside this tiny family-run café; seats are hard to come by at lunchtime. There's a long list of seafood cocktails: shrimp, crab, and clams with lime, chilies, or soy sauce. Entrées include a great quesadilla with cheese and crab, manta ray tacos, and stuffed crab.
