Fodor's Review:
You've got to go a bit out of your way for a local home-style Mexican restaurant. Tuck into seafood cocktails, enormous grilled lobsters, or carne asada served with beans, guacamole, and homemade tortillas. Families settle down for hours at long wood tables, while waitresses divide their attention between patrons and soap operas on the TV above the bar. The desultory service is a drawback. A smaller Bismark, established in 1971, is on the malecón.
