Fodor's Review:
One of the original in-town hostelries, the Oasis remains an ideal base for those who want to be in town and spend plenty of time on the water. Rooms vary greatly in size and comfort; the best have coffeemakers, water views, and hammocks on the front terraces. Guests gather in the large bar to wish each other luck over breakfast or exchange fishing tales in the evening. Meal plans vary with the season and with packages.The hotel has its own fleet of skiffs.
