Fodor's Review:
Forum-by-the-Sea is a three-level entertainment and shopping plaza in the Zona. This open-air mall features brand-name restaurants, upscale clothing boutiques, and chain stores, all in a circus-like atmosphere. The several bungee trampolines set up here are especially popular with children.
