$$$-$$$$, Zona Hotelera
Fodor's Review:
After undergoing a $15-million renovation, this 10-story hotel has definitely moved up a notch or two in Cancún's hotel hierarchy. Each standard room has a balcony with built-in benches, a marble bathroom, flat-screen TV, and radio with an MP3 hookup. And if you decide to splurge on one of the three-floor villas that surround the hotel, you will not be disappointed. They each have a sunken living room, fully equipped kitchen, sun terrace off the third-floor bedroom, and parking space right outside. Your stay here will not be complete without paying a visit to the huge, adults-only Jacuzzi area with swim-up bar -- it is the only one of its kind in the entire Zona Hotelera. If you'd rather be dry when drinking, then grab a table at the lobby bar and try one of the delicious martinis that are the house specialty. There are four handicapped-accessible rooms here.
