Le Meridien Cancún Resort & Spa

$$$$, Zona Hotelera

User Rating: ***** 5.0

Fodor's Review:

High on a hill and tucked away from the main boulevard, this refined yet relaxed hotel is an artful blend of art-deco and Mayan styles; there's lots of wood, glass, and mirrors. The beach is small, but rooms have spectacular ocean views. The many thoughtful details -- such as different temperatures in each of the swimming pools -- make a stay here truly special. The Spa del Mar offers the latest European treatments (including seaweed hydrotherapy) in 14 treatment rooms. Business groups are starting to book here, and account for about 40% of the hotel's clientele.

I just visited Le Meridien March 27th 2008 for eight nights with my kids. The whole experience was fabulous. The staff was excellent and was always ready to do anything to make our stay pleasurable. I would diffently go back.
