You can't miss this restaurant -- it's in a pink building with a gaudy neon sign on top. The interior is just as flashy; bright colors dazzle you as you walk past sombreros, blankets, and other Mexican kitsch and a mariachi band holds court most nights. The standard tacos and enchiladas are on the menu, but you'll also run across items like aujas norteñas (grilled beef strips covered with a red sauce and surrounded by avocado slices) and camarones siempre joven (shrimp in a spicy black-chili sauce). The restaurant is open past midnight, one of the few places in the city center to keep such late hours.
