Fodor's Review:
If you prefer lodgings with a social conscience, this is the place for you. (And even if you don't, it's a great budget find.) Affiliated with the Quaker Peace Center next door, Casa Ridgway draws travelers concerned about peace, the environment, and social issues, and the knowledgeable staff can give you the scoop on what's going on in those areas. In an old house on a quiet street, the bright premises include a planted terrace, a lending reference library, and a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Rooms are pretty basic and offer the option of bunk, single, or double beds. The dorm-style rooms sleep four, six, or eight.
