Fodor's Review:
Resort Florblanca's alfresco restaurant is laid out by the pool with some tables enjoying calming sea views through the tropical foliage. Fresh seafood is the specialty here, with inventive daily specials that focus on the day's catch. Asian and Mediterranean influences shine through in dishes ranging from fettuccine in a seafood sauce to seared tuna with miso and shiitake mushrooms. There's even a small sushi menu.
