Fodor's Review:

This tea garden overlooks Antalya's harbor and serves inexpensive drinks and snacks along with its priceless views. If you don't feel like walking from here to the museum, you could splurge on a horse-drawn carriage from the top of the harbor road nearby (it's not a cheap method of transportation though). Otherwise, the Antalya tramway leaves the terminus at each end every half hour, arriving at the halfway point in front of the clock tower near Tophane teahouse at about quarter past and quarter to the hour.
