Echo Cafe & Bar
Echo Cafe & Bar Review
Echo Cafe & Bar is a well-run discotheque and is often the venue for live Jazz performances. This is probably also the only nightclub in the world to boast a 3rd-century-BC basement cistern carved out of solid rock, now laid out with tables, and quieter than upstairs. The cistern was discovered by chance when the original building—a high-door former stable for camels, which were the main means of transport in Lycia until just a few decades ago—was being extended.
