Fodor's Review

One of the larger hotels in Patara, the View Point sits up on the hill west of town. It's run by a Turkish-English couple, Muzaffer and Anne Louise, who are a good source of information on the area. The rustic-style rooms are good by Patara standards, though nothing exceptional; about half have views over town. There's also a large pool area, an "Ottoman terrace" for meals, and Muzaffer's own mini museum of traditional village life. View Point's hillside location means

you'll be able to catch a breeze, but daily transportation to the beach is provided if you're craving sun and sand. Out of season, rooms can be made available on request.
