Sundowner Beach

Fodor's Review

Run privately by the D-Resort Göcek, Sundowner Beach, at the eastern end of the Port Göcek marina, is one of the most spectacular—and expensive—on the Turquoise Riviera. It costs 40 TL for nonguests. Some will feel that this is a small price to pay for an excellently maintained beach and bar establishment, and a completely unspoiled, wraparound view of the bay and mountains. The beach is open 10 am to 6 pm (later if anyone wants to stay); the bar is open in the evening,

with dinner is served after 7 pm. Amenities: food and drink; showers, toilets. Best for: swimming.
